Can't Wait to Eat | Exhibition, Tea and Dessert Experience during DDW25

Tasting time in its ripest moment on autumn afternoons during Dutch Design Week 2025.

Through a light exhibition and an immersive tasting experience featuring three persimmon (柿子/kaki) desserts and a Chinese tea ceremony, we explore the condensation of time — how nature ripens, how patience sweetens, how waiting becomes part of the flavour, and how human intervention reshapes the rhythm of ripening.
